There is a strict 72 hour cancellation policy and no show policy.
Instructions for scheduling:
Please scroll down to select service type. Services are listed below the policy. Upon selecting your service, date and time; you will be given the option to pay in full or pay with deposit/booking fee or place a card on file (touchups only). Please be sure if you do not want to pay in full, you must select the last option to pay with deposit not the first option to pay in full. Please select your desired location, Tulsa is our main/full time location. The secondary Edmond location is monthly. If you have additional questions please TEXT 918-899-2450
After scheduling you will receive an email with our Address, Policy, Pre and Post Care Instructions.

All scheduling is done through this site. We do not accept scheduling by phone.
Please select the appropriate appointment type, you will be charged according to what is needed even if the wrong one is selected.
New Services / Coverups are under the new service tab.
Touchups/ Perfecting sessions are what you schedule after this first session is completed as a follow up and to perfect.
Color Boost appointments are for 7 months - 5 years post procedure to refresh fading and add vibrancy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
All Appointments: 72 hour notice is required for the non refundable booking fee to be transferred to a different date
8 week touch ups- 72 hours notice is required to cancel reschedule. If you cancel inside this window you will forfeit your discounted touch up and pay early touch up/ 3rd session pricing. No Show Policy- All no shows can and will be charged an additional $150 no show fee to their card on file in addition to losing the deposit placed, regardless of the appointment type. Please be advised that if you no show an appointment you will have to pay for the missed appointment in full before rescheduling. No shows are incredibly rude and give me no option to offer that time to another person who may have wanted it. If you have a history of no shows and cancellations you may be refused future services all together.
